Scope

These terms cover the use of the paperkey.dev website and its waitlist. Paperkey has not launched: no managed service is open, no account can be created, and nothing is sold on this site.

Waitlist

• Signing up is free and confirmed through a validation email (double opt-in).
• It is used only to tell you when the managed edition opens.
• It commits you to nothing and guarantees no date, access, or price.
• You can unsubscribe at any time with the link included in every email.

How your address is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Self-hosted edition

The Paperkey code is published on GitHub under the MIT license. Its use is governed by that license, including its warranty disclaimer, not by these terms.

Intellectual property

The website's source code is part of that MIT-licensed repository. The Paperkey name and logo are not covered by the license.

Liability

The website is provided as is. It describes a product under development, and its content may change. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, without control over their content.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
